Terms of service

The service. Emberloop hosts digital business cards, lead capture and team management. Plans and limits are described on the pricing page and enforced in-product.

Your content. You own what you publish on your cards and warrant you have the right to share it. Don't impersonate others or publish unlawful content; we may unpublish cards that break these rules.

Leads. You are responsible for handling captured contacts lawfully. Emberloop records the consent wording shown at submission to help you evidence it.

Billing. Paid plans renew until cancelled; seat counts adjust as members join. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Liability. The service is provided "as is"; to the extent permitted by law our liability is limited to fees paid in the previous 12 months.
